Rivian reached out requesting location support in order to execute a robust and efficient 3-day shoot that would provide the texture of the rugged Maine Coast to market the imagery directly to the Boston consumer market.

Once I connected with the in-house production team, it became clear that they required full production support including casting, locations, props, wardrobe, HMU, production crew sourcing and single source payment.

As a nimble photo and video crew of <25, we moved this production through urban Portland as well as local locations to allow for private beach access, private dirt roads, wharfs and the best we can offer within 3o minutes of the airport.

However, like most large My location fixer role to get this production up and running in short notice quickly morphed into full-blown production; handling all locations, talent, crew and scheduling for the three day spring shoot in Maine.
